Do you have to finish each in less then 7 hours or all in less than 7. Also does this have to be online?

Yes. Please refer to some of the threads in the Challenge forum. That should answer most of your questions. Yes online only for S-Ranks and all stages (9 of them) in under 7 hours.

But I can get s-ranks if I do it offline right?

if u do it offline u get to chose betwen some weard weps but not s-ranks (this is how u get flower cane and camelin syth and some other rares)

yes it sucks u cant get s-ranks but some of that stuf is prity good 4 a joke 4 exampol the cumelien syth its realy funy, its a cumelins head on a stick and when u swing it the tong sticks out and terns into a blade
