are you sure they are all anime or are some manga.
I do agree Love Hina and Chobitas are very good. FLCL is a bit wierd the manga makes more sense then the anime because you read at your own pace. all in all i agree with you on all of them

i myself had always bashed my friend zach for watching anime...

then he told me to watch for the stories...
and pay no attention to the artstyle...
(the artstyle is what i hated most...ever character looked the same...)

and now i've grown quite attached to cowboy bebop...
and full metal...

i have yet to try any ohters...
