Meh... as I said... they do not have to be detailed... and try to do figures and backgrounds seperately... that might help?
i have tried drawing backgrounds seperately on both paper and on photoshop and they just don't look right at all, i will keep trying but it doesn't look good for the backgrounds area

and i just thought of something: if i use the nurse pic i already have and dig out some older pics then thats a few more sketches done and a coloured 1!
