You mean the character in my signature? The avatar is the one on the left under the name of the poster. The signature is at the bottom of every message.
If it's the avatar, then go to USER CP at the top, then EDIT OPTIONS. Then the change avatar button at the bottom.
If it's the signature, then you need a web host that allows offsite linking. FYI, Geocities doesn't. Then just goto USER CP, then EDIT PROFILE. Look for the signature box, then type
[ IMG ]http://www.webhost.com/mypicture.jpg[/ IMG ]
Where the link is the location of your picture. Without spaces between the [ and I etc

u made that avudar (i think we are talking about avudars) but ne way its on the list i think its the secind page.
