I'm not sure, but i think my rarest item would be my god hand from SotB either that or my red handgun.

Oh my god, today, I went crazy with the awesomeness.
1)Hard Ruins 1-3:Found 2 RED BARRIERS in a row...Made them RAFOIE MERGE and FOIE MERGE. Then IN A BOX, right after, I found a SLICER OF ASSASIN . After that, I beat Dark Falz in one easy shot with no scape dolls, grew many levels.
2)Am up the Ruins V-Hard now with no problem what so ever at level 61. Got though all these levels in one sitting today. Found COSTUM RAY VER.00 IN A BOX. (Mines 2)
3)Found so many Dragon/HPs and 2 wizard/technichs.
4)And so much more I can't even remember!!! (Thought I do remember I raised my stats with levels and minerals so much I've nearly maxed out my ATA. 143)

My rarest would be the delsaber's Buster.
However I'm trying to find the sealed j-sword.

Infinite8, don't try too hard for an SJS, they're next to impossible to find.

Thats why i have a really cool friend going on runs to find it, of course id have to wait till he gets a second one to trade to me, but i can be patient... perhaps.

a SJS is pretty cool, but im a ranger, i would rather get a nice shot/bazooka for insteance, the GiGue's bazooka or the Baranze launcher.
