Teh EkwEE I know he just completely slated your idea because most online players are actually men, but digging at someone because of their post count or 'rank' is about the lowest you can go. Just because someone hasn't posted so many times dosen't mean they're a less valued part of the community. I think that a post count by each forum members name is good enough, but most forums I visit there is this ranking system which is just a power trip for those higher up.
