I found out that for me to get a psycho wand (I'm a PINKAL) there is an about 1/300,000 chance for me to find one from only one enemy! Is there an easier way to get rare items?

I ment as far as is there an item that can help. I heard that online, there used to be an item you got when you beat Olga Flow in Ultimate called something something gene "Flow." I think it raised your chance of finding a rare item or something. But sega cancelled that item. Is there another item that can do that?

There is NO way to lower drop rates, not even with cheating.

the easiest way to hunt rare items is to prepare for the worst even with the lowest of drop rates plain and simple. There is no item to decrease insanely high drops rates. However knowing which missions put out the highest amount of enemies for the rare you want helps . For example if they rare is dropped by a creature in the forest so long as its not a hildebear id reccommend central dome fire swirl you see a hell of a lot of everything save the bears which you only see four of assuming you dont botch the mission

Theres a reason that the canceled the gene "flow" too. Cause duping it would make the game insanly cheap. Tisk tisk tisk. Cheaters.... They have to ruin everything odn't they? First online, then items? And they made the double save feature come back! Say, Red Rico's Ring is also discontinued. I know everything about it, even a theoiry on how to get it. (Thought I know its impossible) But the sad part is, I don't know what it does.... What does it do?
