I melee with my RAcaseal. I think they are probably the most challenging RA class to melee with because they have no resta, shifta, or deband and they aren't as strong as the RAcasts. Who do you melee with???

I use RAmar because they have the most balanced stats.
Their accuracy and attack power are unbelievably reliable.

ive tried to melee with my RAmarl but shes to weak so i have to say meleeing with RAmar is what i do most

I love meleeing with the RAmarl, she's like the RAnger version of the HUnewearl. She's a really good, and challenging character class to use, though slightly easier to use than the RAcaseal.

RAmarl is definitely the best melee ranger, she has everything required to melee:
-excellent animations (very important)
-excellent stats all around
-all techs, especially Jellen and Resta, most useful melee techs

RAmar is probably the worst melee Ranger, maybe not offline, though.
RAcaseal has the highest DFP in the game, it helps when meleeing.

Ok... how is that though? RAmar max ATP is 1260, RAmarl is 1145... but yes, she's got the level 20 shifta to make up for it. So she'd probably be the best offline (and although I don't have a level 200 one yet, I've already kinda figured this out; my RAmarl and HUcast entered Ultimate at about the same time, and they did relatively equal damage when I used the support techs).

But online, or multi? What makes her the best meleer then? Say you have a RAmar and a RAmarl playing side-by-side... assuming they use the same items and are at the same level, then what? They're playing under the same Shifta (level 20), so in multi or online a RAmar would do more damage than a RAmarl. And of course, if there's a Force on the team then you wouldn't be relying on the RAmarl for Shifta, would you?

I would agree that she has the best animations, though; female twin-saber animation > all (except possibly female twin-sword, but we're talking about rangers here ).

ATP is not all, and the difference with a Force around is barely noticeable.
RAmarl has better stats all around, she can use more weapons, she has way better animations with 80% of the melee weapons the Rangers can use. RAmar has a bit more ATP, but RAmarl has a lot more DFP, a lot more EVP, Jellen and a very good Resta.

I only melee with my RAmar, considering thats the only RA I have.

I melee with a RAcast I created a little while ago but forgot to post. It's fun because he has a fair amount of atp and he also has fairly good accuracy so he does a fair amount of damage and hits a fair amount of the time lol.

I melee with my RAmar, as meleeing with my RAcast would be stupid. Hes level 1.
And meleeingwith my RAmarl would be stupid. Shes getting owned by Belras!
