I much prefer the level design and graphics of Ep2, but Ep1 is simpler and therefore I play it more often to level up and progress through the game.

I also like the way in which you don't find a single attribute of enemies only in the Ep2 areas.

Ep 2. Because it has more nature to it and the levels aren't as boring as some of ep1's *cough* caves*

I don't find the Caves boring at all... I do find the Mines boring. Plus, the Caves are quite good for levelling up.

Caves just has too much empty space. Not a high enough amoung of enemies for all those huge rooms. If the doubled the monsters (to about an AF run) then it would be much better. But you just spend too much time walking across the rooms....

i love ep.1 and im sure i would find a place in my heart for ep.2 if the temples wernt so confusing :S

Although Episode 1 is much easier I'm going to have to go with Episode 2. Episode 2 has much nicer levels (God forbid if i ever like those VR levels), cooler music, and more detailed graphics.

Episode 3 has some nice music but I've grown very tired of the card battling... :S

Ep 1 one was nice for the longest but once you do the VR's a few times and get them down then ep takes a bigs step tword fun and it's so chalenging which is a big improvment on oh no enimies *blast**blast**blast*there dead.

Also I hate caves.....OB Lillies NEED I SAY MORE!

I like Episode 2's scenery, but seriously! Them peeps wear clothes that are too fancy, and the ladie is always shouting: Do this! Do that! Get me that bear that is approximately half a millimeter away from my hand.

I liked Episode two, because whenever I had to fight a hunter, with my mag ELENOR, and my antique model shotgun, I shoot them once, and they fall down...

In terms of fun, Episode 2 wins by a mile in my opinion. The VR levels aren't as bad as people seem to make out (especially when compared to Caves) and CCA and Seabed are just awesome levels, and Seabed is a real challenge too. Still, Ep2 EXP is pretty poor on GC - but they fixed that for BB, so overall Ep2 beats Ep1.
