on dc a weapon with 50% native will raise the atp of the weapon AND the char atp by 50% so it's a big difference, imagine now if the hit was 50%
it woul raise the char ata and weapon ata by 50%, but this doesn't hapen, imagine a weapon with 60 ata and a char with 180 ata.....50% would increase to (180+60=240.....240 + 50 %)= 360 ata, see what i mean by insane ata......why don't this hapen, why it is just 50 points of ata?

because 360 ATA would be stupid. how could you ever miss? i thought i was lucky with my gush laser with 55% hit, and on my RAmar i have over 300 ata, but i still miss. if it was how you said, itd be about 400 ata and id never miss. see? insane ATA would be pointless if you want a challenge.
what about hard and special atacks, those need alot of ata to hit (depending on special)

true, but if you had hell and it never missed.... what would be the point? 'o look at my 1337 pwnage with this hell laser with 100% hit that gives me 600 ATA! w00tage!' id rather feel the sense of something well done when i get a lser with 55% hit and get annoyed when it misses a combo, than get a laser with 55% hit and nohand the rest of the game.
