I'm a bluefull and I'm a ranger. can someone tell me what the best rare possible is I'm level 32. :S

I'd really recommend getting to ult before hunting anything though

it usually good to get a few things from rare enemies (because they're easy to pipe) in hard a very hard so it'll be easier to get to ultimate where you get the good stuff.
