5% hit = 5 extra ata on the weapon
so lets say a saber adds 21 ata regularly. a saber with 10% hit would add 31, one with 5% would add 26, etc.
hit%'s are the most useful ones

i wouldnt say that...
if you get a saber with 50% native...
its going to do quite a bit more than one with 0 (duh!

But with 50% hit you are more likely to be able to do hard, hard, hard attack which would prob do more damage than 50% native especially if you get a few criticals in the attack
And hit is used against all monsters. So I'd go for anything that has over 15% hit. I don't think anything less if worth it.

But in the total of wep% it is very rare legitly and it also adds in the 300% total a wep can have. Also, if a wep has hit, you can only then have 2 % on other types.
for Example...
Asuka
Na-100%
Ab-100%
mc-0%
dk-0%
hit-50%
You can't add to the other stats because hit is also a stat. and you can only have % in 3 stats. But non-legit weps can have high hit and other stats.

thats why there non-legit anyway it is very rare you will find an item, if at all, that has 100% in one catagory. Id take hit over other stats anyday.
