there's others...
outlaws and star raiders...those are the only ones that come to mind...
to tell you the truth...i dont know the reason for clans...

but hey...

No worries, Synergy. As Vincent already partially pointed out, the Shadow Council is a group of members on Ragol.co.uk. They are a group of people, a klan, which has its hosted forum on Ragol.co.uk's Forums. Each klan has its own website, as well. They are basically a group of PSO fanatics; whom often meet online and have a good ol' time playing PSO!
