Probably, depends when those drugs were developed and who had/has access to them

Hmm. Relmitos is nothing, in a way, but Momoka is part of Pioneer 2's administrative office, so if anyone had access, I'd guess she would before normal people.

Maybe the baddies developed it and it was deemed forbidden by the government? Oh wait, obviously not since the point is that Momoka doesn't age Tongue
