Whats makes this so good for RAmarls? is its attack based on TP *chances tell me no) or what?

Yeah, with the exception of an S-Rank Twin it's the best Twin Saber you can give them (as with any ranger). Its special is Devil's... not the best one IMO, but not the worst either.
Getting one with Hit% is a nice idea, as the special will hit more. Doing the first 2 parts of the combo as special, and then using a heavy attack works quite well with this, it can murder some enemies easily.
It's a good double saber for Rangers, it is easy to find, and has decent stats, and has a decent special attack.
The only better are:
S-Rank Twin (need online, and c-mode completed)
Monkey King Bar (rare)
Twin Blaze (rare)
Rangers cant use Double Cannon. >_>

Also, doesnt Twin Blaze steal HP over time?

Bah, if only I had a chance at the Tower quests offline... I can barely do any real damage...
i just checked PSOW and it said it was a hunter only weapon. that means either Kefka or PSOW was wrong (probably PSOW)
