Normally I shun this place... But... After watching that clip of Lee-Yoshi and Ria playing PSO3, I felt compelled to play once more.

My deck: Dead Surge!
Deckmaster: Rio
It is comprised of some high defence cards, many attack boosts, and lots of weak monsters.

A ratio of Defence:Attack:Monsters= 7:13:10

I especially use PAL RAPPY. Why? When slain, it returns to your hand.

Rio's special ability; Revenge
Every THREE MONSTERS OF MINE KILLED, boosts her natural ATK for the match by one.

So...I build a defense, and guard myself with monsters until Rio has an immense ATK. I then send her in, using defense and attack cards when I can.

My stratagy has NEVER YET FAILED. But, I warn you now; taking on another Arkz with this strategy is a VERY BAD IDEA.

Against Hero Enemy: Super effective
Against Arkz Enemy: Very bad

Yeah, I'm stupid, but I own with that deck. I've never lost a battle.

Dark magician, one problem with your deck is if someone can pull a gizonde, barta, grants, rafoie, or gibarta on you. These cards do not require a clear path to the target. My favorite being gizonde. Gizonde has the most confusing attack pattern ever, but if you master it, you can sometimes hit 3 monsters AND the SC. Follow that up with another tech, and it becomes a loosing battle for your deck. However, your strategy is VERY well thought out, it would certainly be a very tough match.

My current favourite deck is Crevice, my Arkz tech deck:

Creatures:
3 Claw (I'm considering replacing these with Poison Lily, but I'm not sure at the moment.)
3 Al Rappy (The best cheap, reusable technique casting creature. My main win condition.)
1 Chaos Sorcerer (My trump card. If I play him, I win. Full stop. I'll add more when I get them.)

Attack Action Cards:
3 Foie
3 Zonde
3 Barta
2 Gifoie
1 Gibarta (Currently in for experimental reasons.)

Defense Action Cards:
3 TP Defense (I really like this, it works wonders for me. Especially against bleeding Teifu decks.)
3 Dodge (Solid defense.)
1 Half Defense (Again, experimental.)
1 Aegis Guard (Solely for the picture of a Chaos Sorcerer. I've yet to ever play it.)

Assist Cards:
None.

I love this deck, and it rarely loses.
