Looks good? What are your thoughts on the movie?

awesome movie!!
grand cgi, grand story, grand characters, grand actors, grand humour and action - just... the music was a bit too quiet in my theater

all in all: go see it!


edit: since this movie just got released this week over here (europe) bear with me for answering this 'old' topic. noone else did, so... anyway...

A truly great martial arts comedy. The story is entertaining, the fights are incredible and the humor at certain points is simply hilarious. I'd highly recommend going to see it before it gets pulled out of the theatres. With the great fight scenes and effects it makes me wonder if converting certain anime into good live-action movies might be possible now...

i really wanted to see that movie but i just havent the time. i love martial arts but if the movie is like crouching tiger/dragon or something like that (cant remember ^.^) where people fly and jump 50 ft in the air, i dont think its worth the money. movies like that are a disgrace to martial arts

well, we dont know that good, but believe me. i hated tiger & dragon for the moronic wireworks. and i loved kung fu hustle. there are no ultrawide jumps in arcs that defy any law of gravity in this movie. just go and watch it, you definitely wont regret it.
