But yes, Addslots are way rarer than Photon Drops.
I've found about 7 Photon Drops and only 2 or 3 Addslots.

Experience is irrelevant in PSO; someone might have found 7 AddSlots and 3 Photon Drops.
And the answer is rather concrete, if it's 1/500 for a monster with a 100% drop rate, it's 1/1000 for a monster wih a 50% drop rate, and so on, not really hard to calculate.
As for the Skyly Ruins Gran Sorcerer, the rate is so high that seeing one actually drop is beyond meanings of expression, but my guess is he would have posted about it
