its not too hard, until you get to the ruins and even then only at harder difficulties. We could help more if you told us where your stuck.
I'm stuck where you press the red thing that is timed then run to the gate and then activate the terminal.
okay then try to get to the switch faster and get to the terminal faster

OH OH, that situation... I remember. before activating the red terminal kill all enemies, and you know the passage in which there are doors to choose from (the one the red terminal deactivates) shoot the rock and that creates a shortcut.
Yes, be sure to destroy the rocks or you wont be able to beat it. And run as fast as you can, forgt all things in that room just RUN!!
the way i nearly did it was (i didnt destroy any rocks either...) kill all enemies, go back to the red gate, stand behind it (so closer to the door that you run through) press and run and you just make it through, unfortunately the bomb blew up just after id gone through the warp
