Its isn't a rare technically, but amongst the tool items its best drop is like 0.8% !
... (Ultimate only, it drops as low as 0.15%!)
and remember, thats amongst tool items, so to that you have to add what the likelyhood is of a tool dropping at all!
on dc there aren't but........................................... you can use the photon drop to buy things online and.................(what is the use of a fonton drop???? ).
