I was just informed by a friend that the hardest mode by far was Dante Must Die. Of course if you are good enough to beat it you can get Super Dante (infinite Devil Trigger). I hate how the enemies have Devil Trigger too.

I've played it but it is absolutely insane. Really the only way to beat some of the higher levels that I have seen is to cheat and get Super Dante with Quicksilver. He moves SO fast it's hilarious!
