Who here plays the Guitar? And I men any kind of guitar...Bass, Acoustic, Electric etc
I am learning acoustic guitar, and am currently tuning the bugger!
I know Chaos Shadow is learning electric guitar, and can play a bit of Green Day's 'Holiday'.
Who else plays guitar?
I do. I play lead guitar for my band. i can play holiday and a ton of other songs. I've been playing for about a year too.
I also play guitar.....I started playing last September....and I already know how to play the first guitar solo to November Rain....

I play Bass Guitar.... pretty easy to play. Can play most any bass lines as long as ive seen the tabs for a bit. But I can't play any Red Hot Chili Peppers bass lines because Flea is a fricking master at bass.
Flea is better than most guitarists too he's amazing. :S
He is but he still doesn't come close to Van Halen. That man in Eruption is absolutely amazing! I tried to follow what he was doing and couldn't even keep up with writing the notes down. Absolutely incredible.
I played guitar for about 2 years and got pretty good but my friends were oh so much better so I just gave up when I couldn't play most solos. One of my friends on the other hand is really good. He's working on some Eric Clapton right now.

Lol he is good but you have to admit that Flea is awesome too. However the best bassist that I have ever heard was from Pink Floyd i think (it might be another band that I am thinking of.) Absolutely incredible there too.
have you heard some of those lines he plays? i nearly fainted when i heard them! crap man, theyre well quick+complex! seriously, id stand no chance of playing them unless i ahd like a very long time...
That's exactly how I felt with Eruption. So quick and complex. Some of the hammering that he does is absolutely incredible.
