Well, there's a lot of information to cover when you're talking about SoaB. The mineral you must recover is the one in Cave 3. Sure, there are 2 others in Cave 1 and 2, but the items you gain ultimately aren't worth it. If you get the mineral from Cave 3, the items you have the option of choosing from are one for each main class:
Suppressed Gun -- Ranger
Technical Crozier -- Force
God Hand -- Hunter
They're pretty good weapons but they do not, ordinarily, come equipped with any percents, so that's the downside. Any other questions you have?

my friend got a god Hand fron SoaB and it had 10% hit on it. Isnt it possible to get %s on the weapons he gives you?

Really? Hmm...I had heard that the weapons did not come with percents; and my Suppressed Gun didn't. Meh..I'll edit that above a little.

yes once i recieved a frost cane and it had a (dont ask how) 121% for A.Beast which i dont wana know how and 10% hit from SoaB!

It all depends on your class.
May I also note that you can only get these rares once, and only on the Ultimate difficulty setting.
