I'd like to see if anyone has ever tried going on a famine.......today's actually the day mine starts......any comments would do fine also.

Do you mean fasting? I don't entirely get what you mean by going on a famine.

Yeah I've heard of fasting, never heard of going on a FAMINE. That's just cruel to yourself. hehe. Lee, some people do it during the Christian calendar time of Lent, they give up some of their favorite foods.

Lent ended over a week ago....

A famine is when there's a lack of food, because some sort of disaster (flood, locusts, plague, etc.) got rid of all the crops; fasting is abstaining from food, or cutting back on it (but not water).

I just eat when I'm hungry, and don't when I'm not.... common sense.

Ah well if it was lent then thats understandable... but as whietninja's said, lent ended a week ago (Not that i keep track of it all though! lol).

by famine...I mean, starving yourself for a period of time (45 hours for me) to help raise money for charities and things like that.

Ah, reminds me a bit of that PSO marathon I did once...

Three days on end, no sleep, no food. I was so absorbed in it, I did not feel hunger OR the need for the toilet.

74 hours, 38 minutes...LONG. Hahahah. It was worth it though, I lost weight AND rose DarkMagician by 43 levels.

bring lots of soda...
it helps the hunger...
and keeps you hydrated...

or gatorade...
