Wear stuff that protects against dark. It realy reduces his attack damage. And don't forget about support spells (Deband=Good)
I'm not sure if Resist/Devil will help, but I know that Deband WILL NOT. Bosses do set damage attacks (except techs and a few others, but Falz is all techs and set damage).
wht about his funny slap thing? i had no problem with him i v hard that funny light thing that normally kills me, but his strange slap killed me

???/HP does help. Thats how I beat Falz on v-hard. 4 general HP's (couldn't find beater).
dude learn a powerful grantz and repeat using it and bring a mag that does resta when 10% hp and reverser when dead and thats all you need oh and get a few scape dolls if your mag doesnt want 2 heal u after death
It would also be cool if you could find a weapon that can boost grants, or maybe borrow one. You're a FOmar, so you already get a decent boost to grants... just try and get a good spell and heal often.

Yah, on the third form of Falz, Grants works AMAZING. When he goes invincible and normal weapons don't work, use a high level grants. For me on hard mode it about 500 damage, which is a lot for me. That was how I beat him. The only advantage of a force besides megid. That and being able to use Lv 30 techniques.
i just always used foie. Grants uses to much tp and takes to long to hurt him. Foie is fast and cheap.
there are weapons that can boost grants, one being the Cadaceous. boosts grants power by 20 or 30%
I uses my hildebears cane for normal (foie)
0.o.......I just needed to know how much HP I needed. I am no n00b when it comes to FOrces. And I already beat him. I just need to level a bit (I didn't want to un-equip my Ogre/powers. And Caduceus gives a 20% grants bonus.
