You just look around,.... alot. There's a better chance of finding them in the harder levels (0% chance in Normal Forest, 0.3% chance in Ultimate Seabed).

Get a Frozen Shooter. And a Red Mechgun. Then they won't pwn you as easily anymore.

i cant get them- no access to online (anytime soon anyway) or an i.d that can get them so im stuck with my justy charge gatlings and double brand, while they freeze me, hit me with a crit hit and i die from full health... wonderful

Hmm, are you sharing your card with other people? I'm the only PSO player in my house, and I have three cards at my disposal... thus, ten characters, my backup-holder character, and a storage character. I may need another card soon, though, for extra storage and other stuff...
