I have heard alot on this game and I loved Tales of Phantasia...
I have been wanting to buy it but the price wont go down...
So is it worth the money and how long will it keep me playing???
Im still playing it now and i got it when it first came out. Its my fave Gamecube game ever

Actually i like it the most myself right now..
and i've played tales of phantasia also.. Even tales of destiny for the playstation.
if i could rate ToS i would probably give it a 9,5/10!!
and yes.. it is worth to buy it!

Tales of Symphonia is a godly game - which makes me wonder why i havent played it in so long... i was never that good at these dam puzzle adventures but ill get past that mine... right after i finish Resi 4
Not that im into promoting my own website or anything, but for more information with screenies and movies -
click here! Thats me playing the game! lol
Teh anime cutscenes are so beautiful ...........why didn't they do them all in anime cutscenes??? Oh, well cherish the ones there are, they are beautifulllllllllllllllll
another question...whats the game play like....still like phantasia??
Definitely buy it. It's worth your buck.
Ive never played Phantasia so i couldnt compare the too im afraid! However, which part of the gameplay are you most inetersted in? That well i can just tell you how it works

battles...in phantasia you wen't out and had an encounter just like any final fantasy....but once in you and your characters battle hand to hand just like pso....its why I loved the game...plus other character would be battleing with their limited AI
Sounds fairly similiar to Symphonia then.
You explore the main map, like a huge giant who can stomp on towns, and when you either encounter a enemy or arrive at a town/village, you change screens into either walking around the town normally, or into entering a battle scene where you play in hand-to-hand combat with weapons, magic, etc. Team on Team (You control one character mainly, but can control the other 3 AI's either with use of a strategy, or menu to get them to use an item, etc.) to assist in fighting the main enemy.
