I need some advice now, i got a Final Impact +30, that's my best weapon for that character now, but on ultimate it's kind of weak. I would have a Spread Needle but i dont have a Redria character so i should try to find another weapon. Should i try finding some Shot-weapons? or should i try to get Red Scorpio or something.

No probs 'bout the Anglais. Check out the
Ragol.co.uk Drop Charts for exactly what item you may want to find (providing you're an Ultimate-player). Final Impact is a decent weapon, so I wouldn't think you're in dire need of a new weapon.
A Red Scorpio is definitely an item you will want to watch for, anyway.

try finding barnaz parts, i have been usin my launcher for a while and it's not too bad. the charge ability is nice if u have the meseta and it does some nice damage. Plus it looks kick a$$

? :S thats poor weapon, its too slow, however it does look good
My Racast level 55 uses pair o' mechs in ult
???it's the same speed as a final impact.... i'm at lvl 138 and have been usin it since i could hold it and havent had any problems...does more damge then alot of my other weps, but also don't forget one weapon won't be the best for every enemy, i also carry yas9 for single enemies and a fs or red scorpio (scropio is great for bosses)
I think Baranz Launcher is pure junk.
It fires slow bullets that will miss 50% of the time in Ultimate, and its power is not that great. It can only fire 4 bullets, it cannot have hit% and the special hardly works since bullets miss so much.
should i try to get the Iron Faust? it looks cool and have like 500-600+ATP =D but it's only for Ranger Androids, i got a RAcast on level 49, but it will come to ultimate one day =D, i only need 45Photon Drops to get the Photon Booster, not 2 hard i say =D just play the Fake in yellow quest in vhard or ultimare, i uset to find at least 1PD per quest.
Make sure your id can find the panzer faust, then i say go for it
Go for iron faust if you want. Final Impact should do you just fine though....my meteor smash serves me well.....Red Mechs / anti android rifle are the only real good Ranger weapon Oran gets....so go for those.

Of course, if you have an android, and the time, go for panzer faust. Red Scorpio you can try for if you so wish for fast results, but, it's not a very good weapon.
