i was wondering for all you wonderful people that play this game now where the lost chao is in the level city escape?
You need to use the mystic melody on the wierd box thing. Its right after you drop down the loop and before the stairwell with two bars above it. it will cause something to appear and you will be able to keep climbing up the side of the building using lifts and soon there will be the chao.

ya i spent years trying 2 figure that out. to find sonics mystic melody i think its on final rush and if u go threw the level repeatedly u can get 999 coins and finish with them
Yes. You get the melody on Final Rush with all the rails. Then after you've run down the side of the building and hit the springs, pull back on the joypad. Go to the left corner and play the melody. You have to use lots of jumps and enemies to get it. Took me a few goes to do though

It's pretty damn hard, considering doing 2D things in 3D form.
I know there are secreat ways in the first level by chance can anyone tell me where they are...or am i crazy LOL

And yeah SA2 is one of my favourite games of all time!
I found it on my third go through the level. It wasn't that hard actually.
Question: Do any of the chao locations change from DC to GC? It might be in an easier place on GC. (I only have DC, but I want it on GC really bad)
I couldn't unlock the final boss, because whenever i git ti the end of the Hero's story it crashed!... i was so sad!!!
