They were probably posts that broke the rules of the site with foul language or something like that. If that was the case they would have had no choice but to dispose of the so called evidence.

The reason for which I cannot present any such incriminating evidence of DarkMagician's guilt has already been stated: myself and other moderators and adminsitrators immediately deleted his spamming and flaming threads. I apologize for this, but the belief that there is no evidence against DM is a half-truth, to speak honestly. A member here, whom wishes to not be named, forwarded me a message which he/she had received from DM yesterday morning. The message was as follows:

Why? Sol banned my friend's account without reason, warning or explanation.
So...spread the word; He has UNTIL THIS SUNDAY to post WHY he did it. At midnight on sunday, if I have no response, I shall start the campaign.
One and a half years, I worked for the site. I posted. I advertised. I never had rights, or any official jobs from you, but I did not mind. then I get shafted from behind like this without warning/reason.
Do not think this is a hollow threat, you took from me what little I had. Had I not a girlfriend, I wold likely have done what MOC threataned to do.
I used to be a member of another forum before this... I saw the admin being unfair, so I scolded him. He banned me on the spot, like a spoilt child with too much power. I got my brother's friends to hack the site, and erase his account forever. That forum has since closed...
So...Sunday Sol. THAT is the deadline, and I mean DEADline. Even though I lack the connections or knowledge to have you hacked anymore, I can at least bring you down by making a huge number of fake users, so you cannot have so many REAL ones. I shall annoy and harass, until you break and tell me why. DarkMagician out.
p.s- Don't bother with banning the IP address... you know and I know that tactic doesn't stand a chance. I have a plethora of different College computers, plus there are internet cafes. Keep in mind, that maybe some of your real members are in this college too, so you had better just give up and tell me why you did it now...I seek only an answer… Give me a firm, good reason why, and I will not attack the site. You have my word. But you MUST give me a reason…

If you read this DM: You were banned because you asked to be banned, then when "you" became Kaminari, that account had to be banned because you had already asked to have been banned. You asked for it, and you got it. Sorry it had to end like that.

No. This remains because the reason is self-explanatory. The majority of active users here know why DM was banned (as does he, he just can't admit his wrongdoings). The others (including newcomers), need not know, as the past is now behind us.
