I've heard before that the pinkal section ID finds technique disks more often, or finds higher level ones... is this at all true, or is it some kind of rumor? Just wondering..
Yes, PINKAL does find higher level tech disks, and does get tech disks more often (from my experience) on Dreamcast, not on GC/Xbox/BB.
No, pinkal has no better chance of finding higher level tech disks, or more often. Drops for all Section ID's for tech disks is the same.

Sorry, a lot of people told me that, and after finding a bunch of high level tech disks relatively quickly thought it to be true...thanks Kefka.
ggrrrr, I am really annoyed now, I thought that they picked up high level disks as well, bu they don't! and I was really pleased when I picked up that lv.29 resta....
My bank is like full of technique disks. I have like 148 things of disks. I really need to clean it out and give some to my other characters. Of course I am kinda off of that PSO wave right now, but I am trying to get back on it.
