Quick question about drops. Does having a high Luck on my HUcast affect the amount of rare drops it gets or does it just pretain to critical hits?

Here is another question. What are the best rare Armor and Shield for a HUcast?

Armour: Luminous Field

Shield: depends...
-Kasami has good DFP, kickass EVP (easiest in Purplenum or Redria)
-Standstill has kickass DFP, average EVP (easiest in Viridia)
-Tripolic has very good DFP and EVP (rather rare) (easiest in Redria, but online only)
-S-Parts v2.01 has bad stats but boosts ATA by 15 past your max (but is rare) (several IDs but under Nornal difficulty)
