This item is mentioned in this site's database, but it doesn't exist in PSOW's. Is it possible to get this item, legit? I've never found it on the dropcharts...

you can get it in gallons roulette, you need to get lucky coins first though to play it

There is not "odds" to find the gear.
Go to the roulette, use your lucky coins, if you land on Paganini, he will either give you a PD or a Black Gear, with a custom serial number.

I play PW quests so much that I have more Black Gears than characters, it looks cool, though:


PSOW may not have it because they haven't done any update in a while, and Black Gear is one of the most recent releases.

Hmm, thanks. I'll have to try and get one... I dunno where you get lucky coins though. It has something to do with the PW quests? If so, can you get them on any difficulty?

IIRC, the Black Gear doesn't have great stats, right? It's a low-level shield... which is fine with me right now, I have plenty of low-levels to work on... :ermm:

You get them in the PW quest, you get 1 in norm - vhard, and on ult however many member are in the team thats how many coins you get

Okay... so, if there are not "odds" on landing on Paganini, what determines if you get him or not? Is it a skill-stop kind of thing?

and whats what in the piccy? im assuming the thing on his arm is the gear, whats the thing to the left though?
