My Purplenum Ranger is in desperate need of a saber type weapon....

Id love to have stag cutlery, anything else i should go for?

I'd say your best bet right now is to get the Stag cutlery. If your into those type of weapons, it might be a good idea to get another character or a friends character to get you a twin brand or something along them lines.

Melee: God Hand, Twin Chakram, P-Arms's Blade, Red Saber, Yamigarasu, Morning Glory, Rika's Claw, Twin Brand, Monkey King Bar, Twin Blaze, Madam's Umbrella, S-Rank Saber/Axe/Twin/Harisen/Hammer/Claw/Scythe, all slicers.

Im into all the twin weapons so for now ill carry on looking for stag cutlery....

Should i try and get a double saber? or should i wait for my brother's HUmar-skyly to get me a twin brand?

Purplenum can get the Stag cutlery. According to IGN.com you can get the stag cuterly on V.Hard from a Guil Shark with a 1 / 427 drop ratio or you can get it on Ultilmate from a Pofuilly Slime with a drop rate of 1 / 237.

I just noticed that you can get the partisan of lightning. A very cool looking double saber from a Merikle in the ultimate seabeds with a drop rate of 1 / 394.

Ive been going on very hard caves looking for Guil Sharks but theres hardly any, is there a quest with more on?

I honestly have no idea :S I haven't done any of the quests in over a year so I can't really remember if any of them do or not.

How does a person go abouts getting this s-rank twin...i know its in challange mode but is there a certain thing you have to do to get one...thanks.
