These days you can get software which will change your IP address for you without having to pay (bad news for some people)

which is why some people only gotta be banned once.

i bet ya the little basterd lied to the company and got a threat of a virus so they'd change it for him.

I know a program called proxy IP that gives you multiple IP's.
