Look, it's just not possible. And if you try, you lose all items/meseta/weapons so it really isn't worth it.
It is possible, I have seen it done. It is jsut a very slim chance. Never try it, lol.
Hence the fact that I say it is impossible (virtually no chance). Plus the rewards of transferring aren't worth the risk involved.
Unless you realise your memory card has had it and its going todie soon so you may as well try to save your old characters. You can trade the items to save them for sure at least.
