It will be difficult for everyone to vote on a problem...they will almost ALL have to agree on something..which may not be a problem...but it may lead to some later down the road..

Im sure it wont be a problem, it will just take some time on some of the harder issues when 3 may have to convince 1 or 2 to switch opinions... But it will work
