You can find it under the Section ID of Greennill, in the Central Control Center on Ultimate mode.
About the caves boss, before you fight him make a Telepipe, that way if you die at him you can go directly back to the Boss Warp.

Yes your on fire and you gotta be Lv 101 to use it.

But i thought your chacter was Lv 100 ( down on your sig at least)
