The Zelda collection disk probably doesn't count (Tongue) so I'll go for the Wind Waker.
Why?
Because it is so completely captivating, amazingly creating a sense of adventure!

God-IX is wise. The Zelda games do own - hardcore, but so does the Metroid series.
