Feed it antidotes until, its dex is 45 then use dimates unil 50 power
at level 100 it will be rare
feen it antidotes or whatevers best for dex and pow, until its dex is 66 then the rest on dimates and monomates up to 129 pow
Leaving stats as 5/129/66/0

You can also get Different rare mags depending on your class and ID...

Mine just, evolved. I didn't try to get it, it just, happened... The Mags also like to evolve at levels of 5, ex: 55, 60, 65. I got a mag to evolve three times at one level. It also helps to find the right photon blast you want.
It probably evolved again because your def/pow/dex/mind changed...the mag you get depends on those...Also...Once you get a rare mag it never changes so thats always a good thing

The class would also affect it...so that could be why it evolved.
Exactly! My brother is trying to get a rare mag but he wants a Rati like me, but he's a Viridia and not Oran so He'll get a Deva.
