the hackers are at it again but i think 1 gitch in the game SHOULD be there the 99 gitch man i know its wrong but untill my force can handle herself im going to have to carry 99 trifluids

It's not possible to bypass the Lv requirement for difficulty online (or offline multi mode), even with cheats.
