I just completed an anime season and I wanted to kno your favorite anime and what its about so I can start a new one but no inuyasha!!(I'v seen to many)
When the FullMetal Alchemist DVDs come out get those..That is one of best anime I've ever seen!!!
Oh yeah it is about These two guys one that used to be human but now his spirit is in a suit of armor. Him and this other guy name Edward tries to find away to put his brother back in his human armor.
My first and foremost recommendation is Scryed. An awesome action show with some of my favorite characters and rivalries that I've seen in an anime.

Like I metioned in the other thread, Now & Then, Here & There and Saikano are my favorite emotional/sentimental animes. Both of which have incredible storylines and heartfelt conflicts.

For comedy shows, if you haven't seen Fruits Basket yet then run and go get it now!

Angelic Layer is a neat fighting anime with some fun ideas, good comedy/action and I think the character designs are great.(It's where I got my avy!)

If you want anymore suggestions just let me know! These are just the ones that I feel people definitely have to watch, but I've seen so much that I could infinitely make recommendations.
Thank you both but full metal is one I just finished and i think ill give scryed
Be sure to tell me what you think after you watch it. I love discussing peoples reactions and thoughts towards anime. Especially shows that I loved to see, like Scryed.
I will be sure to but I wont be able to right away.once i get the first 3 i'll post back in but it could take awhile.
Yu Yu Hakusho is really good in my opinion (no, we couldn't tell that about my icon at all -_-; ). Samurai Champloo is turning out to be really cool as well, been watching that a lot recently. Here's a page about it:
Samurai Champloo Info

Also, there's Saiyuki. I've really been getting into it recently. It's about Demons, and...well Doom. It's hard to describe really. So I stole this synopsis from a webpage.

"A sudden event causes the demons around the world to become violent and attack humans. Somewhere in the midst of this chaos, a plan to resurrect the demon lord Gyuumao is put into action.

To stop this, the gods send the great Buddhist monk Genjo Sanzo and three demons (in human form) to travel to the West to stop this menace."
THank you I wil have to look into some of them. When I say some it is because I have seen alot yu yu.
Yeah, I've seen all but the newest Yu Yu dvd....must buy, even if there is no more Karasu *sigh* oh well. Still was a good anime despite what Cartoon network did to it...but Saiyuki and Saumrai Champloo are cool
if you're looking for new shows, did you know you can download them strait from japan and watch them with in japanise with english subtitles. This way you see the show the way it was ment to be. 2 shows i can advise to watch is one called Bleach, and the other called Tsubasa Chronicles.

Bleach... well take a look here for it's description: http://www.ragol.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=6593

Tsubasa Chronicles is a spin off by this group called CLAMP. It's

Animesuki Description:Based on the manga by CLAMP. Features characters from various other CLAMP manga such as Sakura, Shaoran (Lee), Tomoyo (Madision), Touya and Yukito from CCS, Chii from Chobits and Mokona from MKR. However this isn't a sequel to those manga, but an original story. It also has different voice actors for all characters (ie: voice actress for Sakura differs from CCS, etc).

The show's characters are each from different series, but these people aren't the people we know. All of them are alternate versions of the people we know (like different realities) and there is alot of traveling from one reality to another like the show Sliders. For example in one world Sakura is princess, Shaoran (Lee) is an archelogist, and Sakura's brother is a king. I think the show has a good set-up and think it has good potential. A friend tells me that the manga is really good.

Anyway if you're a fan of crossovers or CCS, take a look at this show.
