So, yeah, just check out the guide in my sig and that will give you instructions for for a Ramarl mag and for material usage. (It's more important than you think! Newbies always mess up the first character, don't make that mistake!)

ok well its offical...i hate my internet connection....i got disconnected again..that makes 6 times in the past hour, maybe its becasue my wireless modem is on the other side of the house?

Ok so im semibad at the whole gammar deal...
but the problem isnt that its old, its actually brand new, all i need is a 256 graphics carsd and ill be able to play HL2(aka Half-Life 2), its just that my dad wants the wireless modem in their computer room so i get crappy connection :'(
as fro mags is htere a certian amout of"foods"(?) you can give them?

You can keep on feeding the mag items even after 200, it just won't grow levels (but it will affect Synchro and IQ). It usually takes about 750 items to reach level 200.
What ID is your character though? I hope that you got Greenill or Purplenum (Purplenum being better) because those are the two best ID's for Rangers, and since your only at Caves it's not to late to start again.
