While I was killing MANY monsters I came accross a "proton blast" when I go to look at it, it said Ment to give to some one...I have not a clue what to do..please help.

You give it to Paganani in the quest Gallon's Shop.......but you don't have enough to get anything good as of yet so don't worry about it. Just put it in our/your bank....

I already have an amplifier on BB, for barta! Its so cool... all i need is a photon drop now and I can buy a barrier I think.

its not 16 PDs for a barrier..its 1, it just requires patience
