Why wouldn't there be an olga flow that you can find on Eps II?
I'm telling this because on Episode III, you can also get a Dark Flow, Dark Meteor?

Why is this?

There is but unfortunately the drop rate is set at zero. The item exists in the game but you can't get it without hacking.
