but WHY would you take the fun out of geting the stuff and finding it and all exitement?

Well there isn't too much "excitement" in finding Trimates. But you do have a point when applied to Photon Drops, since they are far more rare.

I met a FOnewm today who offered me 30 Star Atomizers. I refused them, saying I don't play that way (but I didn't mind if he had stacked stuff). Then again, whenever he decided to heal me (which was rare; he wasn't a great support FO either), he used one of the star atomizers instead of resta, which IMO was kind of cheating because you have to use the resta to really be a support FO, and that takes time...

you guys are right

You can easily handle yourself at lvl 1 with no stacking. It's cheating because if you were in a boss and you couldnt do it because you kept running out of mates/fluids you would be able to do that boss because you would then almost have 10x that item in the battle!
