Just wondering, how would i go abouts getting a new Mag? (You know a level 1 and training it up again)
Its just i think my Mag stats suck (Level 145, with Def 29, Pow 45, Dex 35 and Mind 36) and wanna build up a Mag with just Pow and Def.
So how will i go abouts getting a new Mag

Find them in the Mines, or "cheat" by making a new character in an empty slot and then making them donating their MAG.
be sure to have dex on it, all that pow is no good if you cant hit, also def doesnt help that much, so I wouldnt reccomend putting more than 10 def on your mag
You can also find Mags after the De Rol Le battle, but I've only found like 2 there. People have also reported findings in the Mountains of EP2.
When you find a mag, it's color is based on your costume color (for PSO+), or it is just a grayish color (PSO normal). But it's easier just to get it off a dummy character (then the mag color is based on the costume color too.)

Yea, never put Def. on your mag unless your a force, same goes with Mind unless you plan on useing a lot of techs. From what your sig looks like you'll want something like 5/150/45/0.
I don't think that is considered a cheat...by making a new character and all
I can't believe you've made it to lv. 50(something) and you haven't come across a Mag in a box! I find 'em all the time.
Personally I find it easier to just "harvest" mags from dummy characters. That's the easiest way, as for stats, just go for what your character needs the most. The stat yeilds are as follows:
2 stat points on your character for every level of:
Pow, Mind
.5 stat points on your character for every level of:
Dex, Def
(Not sure about def, if someone can back me up
)
I think you're right on all of them except for the Def... maybe...
1 DEF on MAG gives +1 to DEF.
