What if i want to play Blue Burst or one of the episodes offline? Like i do for XBOX. Can i get it for free then? I just want to play the game not play it online.

There is no way to play it offline

As Phantom_RAcast as correctly stated, there is no way to play BB offline. The producers simply decided to make it a strictly online game. Sorry, bud.
