Does anyone know what you type in the name bit when you create a new character to get the extra costumes!!

They are already unlocked on the GC and Xbox versions. If you are on the DC still then I can tell you if you want. Not sure about the PC, but I don't think they are unlocked. The end two costumes on the GC and Xbox versions are the ones that were hidden on the DC version. Most of the costumes have a colour in the little tab, the special ones don't. With the "hidden" costumes, you get a random coloured mag.
