I do enjoy this because it is a wonderful escape from life. So much fun too. Big Grin
A drink. I know this because when I have food, I don't buy/get a milkshake and a pop/glass of juice, etc. (just the shake)
It's a liquid, so therefore it's a drink, imo.
I've tried putting milkshake in a bowl and eating it with a spoon... it didn't go so well... so I'll go with it being a drink.
Milkshakes go in cups, so they're drinks..... Ice cream goes in a bowl, however, so it's a food.

Cup = Drink
Bowl/Plate/Platter of some sort = Food

That reasoning can make soup kind of confusing though, and in that case I say: you can buy broth in a cup, so it's a drink; and you eat noodles on a plate, so it's a food. Soup is half and half.
Milkshakes are both to me. One time I got a milkshake that was pretty much ice cream. There was no way I was drinking that thing with a straw. Tongue
I agree with the others, i think it is both....i had the same issue that "Zero132132" had, but not all of the milkshakes i have had turned out that way, but the one was like a brick of ice!
Its a foorink Wink
Huzzah for the random babbling idiot! You knew exactly was I was trying to get at. Big Grin
